Located near US Hwy 51 and Duluth's skyline parkway, Enger Tower and its Gardens are a favorite picnic spot for Duluthians and a "must see" stop for Duluth Visitors. The 80 foot high tower was dedicated in 1939 by Crown Prince Olav and Crown Princess Martha of Norway.
