Duluth Canal Park
Little Angie's Cantina (above) is a popular restaurant and pub - especially on a nice day catching the lake breeze and view. Grandma's is another popular hangout with good food, drink, service and atmosphere.
Most of the retail shops are in the Dewitt-Seitz Marketplace and spread along Canal Park Drive. We like to browse the North Face shop and the Duluth Pack Store.
The location of the former Duluth Visitor Center at the base of Canal Park Drive. The building now houses a kayaking center. The Visitor Center is now located downtown.
Several motels face the Lake Superior and the Lakewalk on one side and Canal Park shopping and dining on the other. |
